Disability Services is an integral part of the University of South Dakota, committed to ensuring that students and campus visitors with disabilities have equal access to all programs and activities USD offers in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA) of 2009.

Our Commitment:

Disability Services is committed to provide services and support to ensure that students are able to access and participate in all of the activities, programs and services at USD. The services of Disability Services are available to students with a qualifying and documented learning, physical or psychological disability.

Where We're Located:

Disability Services is located south of the Delzell School of Education and just northeast of Old Main.
