Starting Wednesday, December 26, 2012 all users connecting to the SDSecure wireless network will be required to re-scan their computers before connecting.  SDSecure is designed for students, faculty and staff and requires registration only once per semester.  

A few things to be aware of about this re-scan are:

·         It will last 180 seconds (3 minutes)

·         It will check your computer for up to date security patches and anti-virus software

·         You will not be required to re-scan the remainder of the spring 2013 semester 

If you have a new device, or would like to view instructions for connecting to SDSecure please visit the myu.usd.edu > Technology > Services > Wireless Access.

Guests to the university may continue to utilize the SDGuest wireless network.  Please be aware that access to the SDGuest wireless network requires registration every day.
