D2L slowness and intermittent error message [Outages]

UPDATE: 3:00 PM An infrastructure issue in D2L is intermittently impacting its performance. D2L sincerely apologizes for the disruption this may have caused and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible As of 1:20 PM we were notified that the D2L website is experiencing intermittent slowness.
