Issues accessing myU and CAS log in [Outages]

RESOLVED: At 3:50 pm this issue was resolved. If you have any other issues please contact the ITS Help Desk.
As of 11/13 at 3:20 pm we began experiencing issues accessing the following USD resources:
- myU portal
- CAS authentication
