RESOLVED: This issue was resolved If you continue to have issues please contact the ITS Help Desk. Description: As of 8:14 AM we were notified that WebAdvisor is experiencing an outage. You may receive error “The application you are attempting to access is unavailable.” ITS is aware of the issue and working with Regent Information Systems (RIS) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
