D2L Quiz is not displaying images [Outages]

RESOLVED At 1:00 PM 12/10/12 we were contacted by D2L that this issue has been resolved. If you continue to have issues please contact the ITS Help Desk. Description: Update 12/7/2012 5:00 PM: The issue with quiz images in D2L has not yet been resolved. D2L has attempted multiple fixes but none have been successful in resolving the issue we are experiencing. Board of Regents personnel have been in contact with the President of D2L to emphasize the urgency of this issue, but unfortunately we still do not have an ETA on a resolution. 12/3/2012: When taking a quiz in D2L none of the images in the quiz are displayed. The image link shows up in the quiz but does not show up in the question. Error "404 Not Found" or a broken picture link may be displayed.
