RESOLVED: At approximately 9:30 am this issue was resolved.
At approximately 8:15 am we were notified that when trying to upload a file to the Dropbox or Content you will receive "Please wait" or it will just sit and the file will not load. This has been reported by multiple Institutions across the state. We have contacted D2L and they are currently working to resolve the issue.
