At approximately 8:15 am we were notified that when using WOW! or Knology internet provider and trying to connect to https://d2l.sdbor.edu/index.asp you will receive error "Connection has timed out" or "page cannot be displayed".
This has been reported by multiple Institutions across the state. We have contacted WOW! and D2L, they are currently working to resolve the issue.
