ITS will be deploying Meraki (a mobile device management solution) to University owned equipment. This includes Windows laptops, Windows tablets, Android devices, iOS devices, and Apple laptops. The software solution provides inventory management and limited remote support capabilities.
What do you need to do?
- If you have a
Windows product the software will be installed automatically during
scheduled maintenance windows.
- If you have an
Apple or iOS device please submit requests online at http://www.usd.edu/ithelp to schedule a time for your technician to install Meraki.
