D2L system wide issue with Contents linking broken [Outages]

Description:
At approximately 6 pm all D2L users were no longer able to access content in D2L. This issue is affecting all campuses thru-out the state.

You will receive an Error ""The file associated with this content topic cannot be found."

D2L is aware of the issue and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
