Mircrosoft release Windows 7 on October 22, 2009. Due to compatibility issues with Cisco NAC Agent and Symantec Anti-virus the Windows 7 Operating System is currently not supported on the USD network.

Cisco has announced the release of a compatible update the week of November 23rd. USD plans to begin testing immediately and will implement during the semester break. You will be required to update your Cisco NAC Agent client when you arrive back to school after break.

If you have already upgraded your personal computer to the Windows 7 Operating system please contact the ITS Help Desk http://www.usd.edu/ithelp to discuss available options for internet connectivity.
