ITS New Call Tracking System [Announcements]

Summary:
Information Technology services will be implementing a new call tracking system, Team Dynamix, this Friday, July 1, 2011. Description: To assist our technicians with this transition, the Information Technology Services department, and ITS Help Desk will be closed at 4 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2011. We will reopen at 7:30 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2011. Requests for service during this time can be sent via email or voice mail. Important notice about this change: Initially, you will not receive call ticket confirmation/resolution emails once this change has been made. We apologize for this inconvenience, and ask that you please feel free to contact the Help Desk at any time to check the status of your tickets.
