Bio:
David Carr is an Associate Professor of Economics at The University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD. Prof. Carr earned his Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 1997. He lives in Vermillion with his wife (Carolyn), three children (Alexandra, Joseph, Stephanie), and dog (Coal).
Teaching Interests:
Prof. Carr's teaching interests include principles, international trade, economic history, microeconomic theory, managerial economics, and mathematical economics.
Research Interests:
Prof. Carr's research interest lies in the area of international trade policy. Additionally, Prof. Carr has written interactive CD-ROM products for Southwestern College Publishers that utilize information technology to facilitate both the teaching and learning of economics.
