Program Prerequisites

The Beacom M.B.A. curriculum is comprised of 18 hours of foundations courses and 33 hours of advanced business coursework. All foundations and advanced courses are offered online. Students possessing an undergraduate degree in business may have fulfilled some or all of the foundations coursework requirements already. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their transcript to the M.B.A. office for review to determine if they have fulfilled the foundational requirements of the program. Applicants who enter the program with the foundations courses (or their baccalaureate-level equivalents) completed will be given "advanced standing" and will only need to complete the 33 hours of advanced courses.
