The Southeast Entrepreneurial Resource Program (SERP) Mission is to develop and foster economic growth and independent entrepreneurs throughout the community of Vermilion and The University of South Dakota. If you feel your company qualifies, please complete the attached questionnaire.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for consideration, you should:

• Be a for-profit business
• Be in the early stages of business development
• Demonstrate strong market for products or services
• Offer potential for job creation and economic development
• Remain headquartered in Vermillion
• Be well-suited as a business to benefit from SERP services, the business incubator environment and from SERP's technical and business expertise
• Agree to cooperate in achieving SERP's mission
