SD lawyer-legislators are invited as panelists for U Law School’s Gunderson Seminar Nov. 5th. Lawyers who currently serve in the South Dakota Legislature are being invited by The University of South Dakota School of Law to speak as panelists for the Gunderson Seminar from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5th , in the Law School courtroom. Members of the state House of Representatives and Senate who have law degrees will participate in two panels that will discuss “The Role of Lawyers in the Legislature” and “Balancing Your Personal Life, Your Professional Practice, and Your Public Service as a Lawyer-Legislator.” The Gunderson Seminar is free and open to the public. Students are encouraged to attend. Reception to follow in the Davenport Commons.
