Sorority Recruitment 

Sororities at The University of South Dakota provide a formal membership recruitment week, which is your official introduction to the Greek Community at USD. The week consists of recruitment functions designed for you to:

  • Ask questions
  • Learn about the individual chapters
  • Familiarize yourself with Greek Life at USD
  • Meet other Greek and Non-Greek women engaging in the same experience  
Fraternity Recruitment 

Men are able to officially join a fraternity on the first day of classes.  Men may visit the chapter houses between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM on the first day of classes and this invitation continues throughout the semester as long as the visit is in accordance with the USD Code of Conduct and the IFC Recruitment Rules.
