The St. Thomas More Newman Center seeks to strengthen the Catholic faith that students, faculty and staff bring from their home churches into the university community. The Newman Center provides a place for people who are often seeking guidance and support in their lives. The home-like feeling encourages students and others to become involved in the work of the Newman Center. Careful planning and leadership provide a framework within which members, especially students, can participate fully in a faith-based environment. From this experience, leaders and active members of the Catholic Church can emerge.
