  • XL- Twin Sheets, Pillow(s), Blankets, etc. 
  • Surge Protectors (UL approved)
  • Refrigerator (3.8 cubic ft and 1.5 amps max)
    • A refrigerator is available for students to use in the floor kitchen
    • One refrigerator per room
  • Microwave (700 watts max)
    • A microwave is available for students to use in the floor kitchen
    • One microwave per room
  • Television and Cable Cord
    • At least a 15 ft cable cord is recommended
  • Towels, washcloths, robe, etc. 
  • Shower caddy/bucket and shower shoes
  • Dry erase board and markers 
  • Clothes hangers and clothes iron 
  • Warm coat, boots and umbrella 
  • Carpet or area rug
    • Room dimensions may vary slightly
    • Must be able to see the weave on the back (no foam padding)
  • Dishes, silverware, cups, etc.
  • Fan 
  • Bicycle (with lock)
  • Lanyard, Wallet, or ID Holder 
  • Laundry bag/basket
 
  • Candles, Candle Warmers, Potpourri Pots, etc.
  • Alcohol Containers
    • Decorative, empty, or full 
  • Halogen lamps or signs
  • Extension cords
  • Pets
    • You are allowed to have fish
    • Each room may have a 30 gallon tank 
  • Open element appliances 
  • Firearms and weapons of any kind 
  • Explosives 
    • Fireworks, ammunition, combustible materials/chemicals, etc. 
  • Waterbeds 
  • Incense and Incense Burners
    • An exemption may be secured through the Dean of Students Office
