Boot Camps are designed to take your fitness to the next
level. Working with Certified Personal Fitness Trainers, you will be
pushed both physically and mentally to achieve your individual goals. During
these programs, you will engage in group workouts as well as weekly challenges
to help achieve those goals. These boot camp programs combine boot camp
styled workouts as well as integrating HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training),
which utilizes a variety of equipment to strengthen all muscle groups and
increase muscular endurance. Nutritional habits will also be analyzed
with feedback and suggestions to improve your overall health and fitness.

The Biggest Loser
Biggest Loser program is designed to help participants lose weight, improve
exercise and nutritional habits, make lifestyle changes and have fun.
Participants will engage in group workouts, partake in daily food and activity
logs, as well as individual workouts – all which are under the direct supervision
and guidance of Certified Personal Trainers. This program includes but is
not limited to: weekly weigh-ins, pre and post assessments consisting of girth
measurements, body composition and muscular and cardiovascular fitness
testing. Participants will be grouped into teams to facilitate competition as well.
