The Wellness Center is dedicated to offering you a variety of classes to challenge your body, fit your lifestyle and make getting and staying in shape fun. We offer more than 25 outstanding group fitness classes ranging from core specific workouts, yoga, cycling, Pilates and more.

Water Aerobics

A great, low-impact aquatic exercise class that incorporates all levels of fitness. This class fuses cardio with sculpting to bring you a total body workout. Enjoy a variety of equipment to help you tone muscles and increase your heart rate at the same time. Splash your way into fitness!
