Group Fitness

Exceed Your Fitness Goals

The Wellness Center is dedicated to offering you a variety of classes to challenge your body, fit your lifestyle and make getting and staying in shape fun. We offer more than 25 outstanding group fitness classes ranging from core specific workouts, yoga, cycling, Pilates and more.

We would like to know how we're doing so please take 5-10 minutes and fill out our Group Fitness Program Evaluation Survey. We appreciate the feedback.

Important Dates

Group Fitness classes will not be offered the following dates:

  • May 26-28 - No classes
  • July 3 - No classes after 5 p.m.
  • July 4 - No classes


*The USD Wellness Center reserves the right to cancel or remove classes from the schedule due to low attendance or any other necessary reason.
