The Wellness Center is dedicated to offering you a variety of classes to challenge your body, fit your lifestyle and make getting and staying in shape fun. We offer more than 25 outstanding group fitness classes ranging from core specific workouts, yoga, cycling, Pilates and more.

Dubbed by the media as the “most efficient total-body workout in the world,” ShockWae is extreme cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes a Water Rower machine to proide short-burst, high intensity, calorie burning intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, core and arms. Enjoy a friendly competition and get motivated to be pushed to the max.

Inspired by Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, this class features a nonstop inyasa flow, matching breath with movement in an environment with elevated heat and humidity. It includes longer pose holds, allowing a deeper exploration of your practice. With a focus on consistent sequencing from class to class, students are able to continually expand and cultivate each pose. As familiarity with the sequence grows, so too does your willingness to express fully in conversation with your body. The entire flow is guided, including modification to match your growing edge. Hot Vinyasa is good for new students who are physically active, those interested in the fitness benefits of yoga, and anyone who wants to experience a multi-level yet strong practice. * for all levels

Actiate your life in only one hour. This group work-out is structured for the older actie adult, and will accommodate all fitness levels. The work-outs will be low-impact and will incorporate all elements of fitness to include cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility in a supportive group environment. Instructor: Dottie
8:30 AM - 9:45 AM
This 75 minute HOT yoga class is beneficial for eeryone. The class incorporates elements of basic HOT yoga using the traditional 26 postures, which includes flow sequences with interspersed longer holds, bringing focus to the breath, and improing strength and balance through core stability and alignment cues. The room is intentionally heated with temperatures generally peaking around 90-95 degrees. These conditions warm and lengthen your muscles, and allow for a deeper release. Perspiring will also help flush toxins from your body and cleanse your systems. Participants may arrive 10 minutes early to class to adjust to the heat. It is recommended that you bring a towel and plenty of hydration. Instructor: Peggy

This 30 minute meditation class is designed to further your relaxation. Meditation helps you become aware of your body, and the feelings you hae in the present moment and also helps to relax your body and free your mind from eeryday stressors as well as release tension built up in your body. A great, low-impact aquatic exercise class that incorporate all leels of fitness. This class fuses cardio with sculpting to bring you a total body workout. Zumba will hae you moing, shaking, and burning calories in no time! This class utilizes hypnotic latin, and hip-hop rhythms with incorporated aerobic elements. You'll loe every minute of this cardio dance party. There is no right or wrong when it comes to Zumba, are you ready to hit the dance floor?!
