The Wellness Center is dedicated to offering you a variety of classes to challenge your body, fit your lifestyle and make getting and staying in shape fun. We offer more than 25 outstanding group fitness classes ranging from core specific workouts, yoga, cycling, Pilates and more.

This class meets upstairs at the Circuit Machines along the track. This class incorporates circuit strength while fusing Cardio, Core/Balance, and flexibility through the use of arious equipment.
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Wake up and start you day with this high energy morning ride from involving various profiles including strength, endurance, sprints, interval sets, and more. This exhilarating cardiovascular workout is designed for all fitness levels.
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Yoga Inc. is a unique yoga class, integrating props such as stability balls, med balls, weights, bands, blocks, etc. Using equipment will give your body an extra challenge. Push yourself to the next level in Yoga Inc. *for all levels. Instructor: Shayla

A great class for those looking to improve strength, balance, control, and flexibility. We will be focusing on the various movements of Pilates, with each class centered on developing core strength, in a non-impact and gentle setting. As the class progresses, the number of repetitions, difficulty and complexity of the movements and sequences will gradually increase. Pilates can be a great accompaniment to a variety of athletic programs or on its own.

Get your cardio on! A class jam packed with cardio fused through different formats that may include but are not limited to kickbox, cardio drills, intervals, step, and more. Instructor: Dottie
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Dubbed by the media as the “most efficient total-body workout in the world,” ShockWave is extreme cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes a Water Rower machine to proide short-burst, high intensity, calorie burning intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, core and arms. Enjoy a friendly competition and get motivated to be pushed to the max.

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Power style yoga is an intense and igorous style of yoga. The workout involves building strength, endurance, and flexibility through sequences of beginning and intermediate level poses. The poses interlink with each other and progressively build throughout the class allowing the participant to set their own intensity level. This is a great fitness-style work-out. *for all levels

Get ready for a YOGA adenture! This is a Vinyasa style class that builds intensity with every flow. Focusing on smooth breathing and beneficial purpose of each pose, this class takes a detour from the standard practice by introducing different sun salutation patterns and new options to every pose. It is a different workout each and every time! All levels welcome and encouraged.

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
This 2 hour ride can be enjoyed in its entirety or on a come-and-go basis. If you are new, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get acquainted and properly set up the bike. A water bottle and towel are a must. Tennis shoes or cycling shoes are acceptable foot wear. Seats are padded, however, if you would like, you can bring your own. For comfort, padded bike shorts are recommended.

Inspired by Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, this class features a nonstop vinyasa flow, matching breath with movement in an environment with elevated heat and humidity. It includes longer pose holds, allowing a deeper exploration of your practice. With a focus on consistent sequencing from class to class, students are able to continually expand and cultivate each pose. As familiarity with the sequence grows, so too does your willingness to express fully in conversation with your body. The entire flow is guided, including modification to match your growing edge. Hot Vinyasa is good for new students who are physically active, those interested in the fitness benefits of yoga, and anyone who wants to experience a multi-level yet strong practice. * for all levels

Zumba will have you moving, shaking, and burning calories in no time! This class utilizes hypnotic latin, and hip-hop rhythms with incorporated aerobic elements. 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM
Group chair exercise is a great class to help one maintain a regular exercise program improving physical fitness and mental health. This class will focus on building stamina, strength, functional capability, balance and increased satisfaction in life. This class is free for members. Non-members must purchase a day pass, 10-punch pass, or monthly membership to attend. Parking passes available for $6 for the session. Kettle Bell is a great way to get an intense total body work out. Lifting and manipulating the kettle bell challenges the core as well as specified muscles to develop strength, stability and to enhance cardio fitness levels.

Hot yoga is beneficial for everyone, from beginners to advanced students. The class combines basic vinyasa flow sequences with interspersed longer holds, bringing focus to breath, strengthening the core, and opening the heart and hips. The room is intentionally heated with temperatures generally peaking around 90-95 degrees. These conditions warm and lengthen your muscles, and allow for a deeper release. Perspiring will also help flush toxins from your body and cleanse your systems. Participants may arrive 10 minutes early to class to adjust to the heat. It is recommended that you bring a towel and plenty of hydration. *for all levels

7:30 PM - 8:15 PM
Take your indoor cycling to the next level with HIIT the Road. This cycling class raises your metabolic rate so that you are burning calories for hours after you're done pedaling. HIIT the Road will alternate between high intensity and low intensity cardio to increase your power and endurance. The constant variation of intensity will challenge your body and keep your mind focused on your time and speed, making your workout more engaging.

Zumba will have you moving, shaking, and burning calories in no time! This class utilizes hypnotic latin, and hip-hop rhythms with incorporated aerobic elements. This 30 minute meditation class is designed to further your relaxation. Meditation helps you become aware of your body, and the feelings you have in the present moment and also helps to relax your body and free your mind from everyday stressors as well as release tension built up in your body.
