Resources for Finding Proctors
Please check the list below for professional testing centers in your area.
List of National Testing Centers:
To expedite the proctor form approval process, we have compiled a list of pre-approved proctors. These libraries have worked with USD students before and know our policies and procedures. Most of these locations can accommodate both paper and online tests; however a few can only proctor students with paper exams. Paper Exam Only testing sites are indicated with a green marker. Visit the Pre-Approved Proctor Map for more information.
IMPORTANT: Remember to mail, fax, or email your proctor form at least one week before your test date. Most of these locations also require you to schedule your proctoring sessions two weeks to three days in advance.
Some of these locations may charge fees or only serve patrons with library cards. Please call ahead to make certain that they can accommodate you.
If you have any questions about finding a Proctor, please contact the Testing Center in the Division of Continuing & Distance Education at 605.677.6240 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
