The Division of Continuing & Distance Education offers a variety of Special Programs: 

Community Education 
  • A variety of non-credit classes that provide children and adults of all ages an opportunity for lifelong learning. 
Customized and Professional Education 
  • The Division of Customized and Professional Education works with colleges and departments within the University community to customize training to fit the educational needs of your employees.
  • We can help you design courses and programs to satisfy the training needs of the local community, business and industry, or school districts and governmental agencies.
  • Conferences, workshops or training can take place at a variety of locations including the University of South Dakota campus, one of our off-campus University Centers, on-site at your facility, via the web, or another off-site location.
