National level:
- General Assembly- supreme body of BRC
- National Committee - chief executive and administrative body
- Secretariat - managing and working body of BRC

Regional level:
- Regional Assembly

Municipal level:
- Municipal Assembly
- Municipal Committee

Local Branch level:
- Session of the Local Branch
- Local Management
