Children and Trauma
PSYC 258
This course will focus on children's experience of trauma, how parents can assist their children in coping with it, and the role of the school and teacher.
This course is required for the undergraduate Minor in Disaster Response and the Psychology Major Area of Concentration in Disaster Response. Because of its content, the psychology department faculty have also agreed to allow this course to be used as an elective for the psychology major.
