The mission of the Institute for Teachers of Gifted Youth, established in 2003, is to assist teachers and school specialists in serving the unique needs of high-ability students in the context of the regular school classroom.
This year's keynote presenter is Dr. Wendy Leader, Ph.D. in Gifted Education, Chair Elect of the Creativity Network for the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) and a Coordinator of Gifted Programming.
