- Recognition of Corporate Sponsors and their contributions to the program on all marketing literature: including the Prairie Family Business Journal, information packets, brochures and newsletters. This recognition will include a brief description of the Corporate Sponsor’s business and the opportunities available to family businesses, as well as contact information. In marketing pieces where space prohibits the inclusion of a brief description, the company logos will be promoted. Corporate sponsors will also be introduced and recognized for their contribution at every PFBA event.
- Full-page advertisement/listing in the annual membership directory.
- Program Involvement-Sponsors participate in, or facilitate programs in accordance with their area of expertise. This includes, but is not limited to any educational forums, affinity programs, and annual retreat.
- Complimentary memberships - Two all-inclusive memberships and two standard memberships (for $10,000 sponsors) for distribution to your family business clients. Four all-inclusive memberships and four standard memberships ($16,000 sponsors) for distribution to your family business clients. (See explanation of all-inclusive and standard membership for details).
- Participation at annual Prairie Family Business Conference. Corporate sponsors will have a booth at the two day annual conference event, the core networking and educational event for the organization. Corporate sponsors are invited to submit proposals for presentation at the annual event.
- Featured article once a year (rotating basis with other corporate sponsors) in the association newsletter, written by a Corporate Sponsor focusing on a family business issue. The newsletter mailing list currently encompasses over 700 family businesses located in and around South Dakota.
- Education by attending programs. Sponsors and their employees gain insight and knowledge of current family business issues, as well as techniques and solutions, which can be applied to sponsors business practices, enabling them to better serve their clients. Up to four associates representing the firm are invited to attend programs at no extra charge.
- Professional Study Group participation-Four associates from the sponsor firm can participate in family business study groups meeting in Sioux Falls, Rapid City and Fargo. These groups meet three times a year to discuss case studies, review current research in family business and work to develop a multi-disciplinary approach to advising family businesses.
- Networking – The opportunity to cultivate relationships with successful family owned businesses.
