Beth Adamson -Director of Prairie Family Business Association
Beth’s background includes growing up in a family business, working with business leaders for 18 years as the regional membership manager for the United States Chamber of Commerce, and directing the programs for the South Dakota Family Business Association. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Beth has extended her education and training with several management and motivational programs. She recently completed the certificate program in Family Business Advising.

Rise Jongeling
Rise (pronounced REESA) Jongeling started in the Family Business Association office in October. She brings an assortment of experiences with her, including a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Secondary Education from Dakota Wesleyan University. Rise has teaching and consulting experience with entrepreneurial workshops and seminars as well as high school instruction. She runs her own business, RJ Signs, a seasonal specialty business, and helps her husband Gary with his business, Jongeling Custom Works. She recently completed her Masters in Education from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.
