SDePay

The SDePay e-Commerce Process is Simple and Convenient:
  • Students can view and pay their student charges on-line. No paper tuition statements will be mailed. Students receive an email notice when their bill is available online.
  • Students can authorize parents, guardians, etc. to view and pay student charges on-line.
  • Students and Authorized Payers can pay on-line 7 days a week with e-Check, which is a free service.
  • Students and Authorized Payers can pay on-line 7 days a week with a credit or debit card (American Express, Discover, or MasterCard only) A service fee of 2.75% will be charged by Nelnet for this service.
  • Students may still pay their tuition with cash or check at the Business Office or may mail checks to the Business Office. Be sure to include your student's name and USD I.D. number.

 

Parents & Authorized Payers:

Follow these steps to access SDePay
   
Step 1: 
  • Go to SDePay.
  • Note:  Students must set up an authorized payer before a parent or authorized payer is able to view and pay a bill.

Step 2: 
  • Login with the Login Name and Password your student has set up for you.

Step 3: 
  • Click "Current Activity" to view your student's current balance due.
  • Click "Billing Statement" to view the last billing statement.
  • Click  icon "Sign up for a payment plan"  to set up a payment plan.
