Online Application

Applying Online to the Graduate School is easy. 
Simply follow the instructions below.

Step 1

Download the Graduate School Application.

Step 2

Fill out the application.  (Please Note: The online application form is not compatible with Mac; please use a PC when completing the form.)  Please follow all instructions on the application and note that additional pieces information are required.  Please send these additional application materials to the Graduate School separately. 

Step 3

Upload the completed application.  Go to Upload Form when you are ready to submit your completed application.  On this form, you will be asked to select your payment option for the application fee.  Your choices will be online with credit or debit, or to mail in payment by check.


Graduate School Recommendation Form - Available for download and can be sent to the person(s) making a recommendation for you.  (Please Note: This form is not compatible with Mac; please use a PC when completing this form.)
