Required Tests for Graduate Programs
As you prepare for your graduate education at the University of South Dakota, it is important to know which test is required for each program. If you know which test is required for your program, click on the appropriate link to find a test center. If you are unsure of the required test for your program, please use the information below as a guide.
The following programs require completion of the
Graduate Record Exam (GRE):

*These graduate programs will accept either the GRE or the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) or admission into the program.
** The Joint Law program required the completion of the GRE and LSAT.
***Psychology requires both the General GRE and the Psychology GRE subject test.
****Public Administration requires the GRE General test, LSAT, GMAT MCAT or the EIT scores. There is no minimum score required, the score is considered along with other application materials.
