Turner County

USD Early Head Start has one home base unit that serves Turner County.  Turner County has a population of 8,737 (US Census Bureau).  Towns in Turner County include Viborg, Irene, Centerville, Hurley, Chancellor, Parker, Marion, and Dolton.

Play and Learn Sessions (P.A.L.S)

Turner County PALS are held in Hurley, South Dakota at the United Methodist Church.  Hurley is the most centrally located town in Turner County, in which to hold the biweekly socializations.  The church provides a large room that is transformed into an inviting infant/toddler play space.
