Union County

USD Early Head Start has one home base unit that serves Southern Union County.  Union County has a population of 12,713 (US Census Bureau).  Elk Point, Jefferson, and North Sioux City, South Dakota are all towns in Southern Union County.  

Play and Learn Sessions (P.A.L.S)

Union County PALS are held in the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Elk Point, South Dakota.  The Immanuel Lutheran Church provides a large room that is transformed into an inviting infant/toddler play space.
