The following requirements must be fulfilled in addition to the prerequisite courses, SPCM 101, SOC 100, the proficiency exam, and the professional curriculum to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.   • Students interested in the baccalaureate degree option may complete these requirements either before or after the two-year professional curriculum sequence. The Dental Hygiene Department Chairperson and USD Enrollment Services Center must approve any course taken from another institution for transfer prior to taking the course
  • Upon successful completion of the prerequisite courses, SPCM 101, SOC 100, the professional curriculum, the proficiency exam, and these additional requirements, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene is awarded
