This major is responsive to the Institute of Medicine's recommendations for the education and training of health care professionals.

• Pathway to Professional Studies:  Provides the foundation for entry into a professional health program
• Health Care Studies:  Prepares you for a health care industry career other than in a clinically-based profession
• Health Career Advancement Studies:  Designed for individuals who wish to advance their education

Minor

Students may now minor in the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences program.

Program to Program Articulation Agreements

Program to program articulation agreements are formal agreements between The University of South Dakota and specialized technical programs to accept block credits in transfer towards the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences.
