Bio:
Asst. Prof. Magorian is currently the Director of the Nursing Program on the Vermillion Campus and Interim Director for the Nursing Program on the Sioux Falls Campus. Kathy has clinical experience in a variety of areas which include medical/surgical nursing; geriatric and geriatric mental health; acute adult mental health and interventional pain management. Since coming to the nursing program at USD, she has been instrumental in curricular revision and continues to provide direction and leadership in the implementation of concept-based curriculum and teaching strategies. Kathy is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Adult and Higher Education with expected completion summer, 2013.
