Danish Nationalism

Due to the Danes' resistance in World War II, the Danes formed a stronger bond in national identity. Dannebrog, the Danish flag, remains an important part of Danish nationalism today. Dannebrog is used in decorating for many festive occasions, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, etc.
Danish nationalism grew because of the resistance movement during World War II. Danish nationalism has continued to grow due to their love of country, flag and queen.
