ROCK-N-ROLL REVOLUTION

The Rock and Roll revolution is not a blatently obvious revolution. Rock and Rollers do not physically fight against the target of revolution. The Rock and Roll revolution was more of a revolution of the acceptance of ideas. The Rock and Roll revolution sought to free the minors of society from the restrictions placed on them in year's past.

Different artists sing and perform for different reasons. Madonna stresses the importance of voting and anti-censorship. Michael Jackson denounces the importance of skin color and race. Various artists have come together to produce a song for the benefit of charity organizations, such as USA for Africa--"We are the world." Elton John gives profits from his record sales to the AIDS Foundation.

Through music, artists have begged for the people of the world to listen to their ideas and think about what they have to say. The artists of rock and roll music have revolutionized the way people communicate their ideas. The artists of Rock and Roll, have revolutionized the way people think and view the world.

By studying other revolutions we have learned how people initiate change and how that change is carried out. We were able to apply that knowledge to the Rock and Roll revolution. The artists used Rock and Roll to begin the initiation of their ideas. The artists then continued to use their music as a means of perpetuating the movement of different ideas on politics and economics

We believe rock and roll is a tool of unification, combining nations, generations, and populations. Breaking barriers between sexes, races, and social classes, rock and roll is simply awesome. Enough said; enjoy our page.
