The
University of South Dakota offers a multi-disciplinary American
Indian Studies curricula. The Indian Studies undergraduate minor explores
American Indian culture and the history of Indian and non-Indian
relationships. The program reinforces knowledge among Indian students
about their historical and contemporary legacies while enhancing

Dakota/Lakota/Nakota people within the University of South
