Veteran's Corner

Greetings from a fellow armed forces veteran. I've neglected this page for quite some time and now I am feeling guilty about that. Sure, I thought, well, like in the old days we'd say something like, "sorry 'bout that!" But I cannot be so flip.

Much has passed under the bridge, perhaps the most significant for me finding my Vietnam Company's website, Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines. We had a reunion in Oregon City, Oregon at the home of Mary and Desi Fajardo this last July and you will find some pictures posted on this site. We are planning another one this year in Raleigh, North Carolina at the home of Carol and Selwyn (SMan) Taitt. We have an internet web on-going so it is very calming to have fellow Company Marines to converse with on a variety of subjects.

I've made some changes to the content of the Veteran's Corner and always welcome contributions. For now, I'm closing this down and heading out to chow. Take care and keep smilin'.
