Online IdEA Action Approval Submission

This form must be completed and approved by an Action Officer (Coordinator of Academic Engagement or AmeriCorps*VISTA members in the Center for Academic Engagement) before you engage in the Action activity. All questions are required. Please note that you must still submit the Action Waiver and Time/Effort Report form to the Action Officers in hard copy. Research and creative activities must still be submitted in hard copy.
