The Elderlaw Forum delivers information and educational material by radio, a weekly newspaper column, and Law School research papers available on the links above. Professor Myers teaches Elder Law and Health Law & Policy at the University of South Dakota School of Law.
Professor Myers has been featured on South Dakota Public Broadcasting (link) and in the Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan regarding the Schiavo case (Yankton P & D).
Professor Myers has published a book entitled "The Mayo Clinic and Blue Eyes: Columns with Commentary from The Elderlaw Forum". This book was featured in an article in The Volante.
Professor Myers manages the nation's only law school-based senior legal helpline through which he provides pro bono information, advice, and limited representation to persons 55 and older. Professor Myers is on the elderlaw circuit, with book signings and lectures on Intelligent Aging. He has a B.S. from South Dakota State University and a JD from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
