 Eighth CircuitUS Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, Constitution Day Program

The School of Law will host the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. The Court will hear three oral arguments. More>

The U.S. Marshals' Office has requested security measures for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals sessions on Tuesday, Sept 23, at the Law School. Please do NOT bring any backpacks/bags/laptops etc.  Anyone with these items will be required to take the items to their vehicles.  A small purse might be permitted after it is visually checked at the security table by the entrance to the law school. The only permitted entrance to the Law School is through the main doors on the east side. No food or beverages are allowed in the court room. The men will have to remove their ballcaps/hats.  Cellphones will have to be turned off. The sessions at the Law School will be treated to the same standards as if being held in the federal courthouse.
