Antitrust & Trade Regulations: (BNA) This is an Internet Database containing all weekly issues published since February 8, 1996. The Antitrust and Trade Regulations Reporter covers federal, state, and international coverage of competition and deceptive trade practices law. It tracks cases brought by the Justice Department's Antitrust Division, the Federal Trade Commission and the state attorneys general, and also judicial decisions in private cases.

Criminal Law Reporter: (BNA) This is an Internet Database containing all weekly issues published since August 7, 1996. The Criminal Law Reporter is a resource on the enforcement and the interpretation of criminal law with coverage of both federal and state court decisions, federal legislation, and administrative law developments in criminal law.

Family Law Reporter: (BNA) This is an Internet Database containing all weekly issues published since August 6, 1996. The Family Law Reporter reviews important new federal and state cases, legislation, trends and issues in the area of family law. It contains selected federal statutes and regulations, text of uniform acts adopted by states, brief summaries of state divorce laws, and divorce related taxation issues.

Labor & Employment Law Library: (BNA) This an Internet Database containing statutory information, court decisions, and administrative law developments in Labor Law and Employment Law. It covers the subject areas of fair employment practices, disabilities law, individual employment rights, wages and hours, labor arbitration, labor relations, and collective bargaining. The coverage dates will vary with the topic.

Securities Regulation & Law Reports: (BNA) This an Internet Database containing weekly issues published since February 1, 1996. The Securities Regulation and Law Reports tracks legislative and regulatory proposals and actions affecting securities laws, futures regulation, and accounting issues. It provides up-date information on SEC and CFTC regulations and FASB actions, reviews key No-Action and Interpretive Letters, and covers decisions issued by the courts and administrative agencies.

U. S. Law Week: (BNA) This an Internet Database containing weekly issues published since June 24, 1997. The Law Week Reporter enables the user to track Supreme Court petitions and cases on the docket from filing to final disposition. It publishes the full text of all U. S. Supreme Court decisions as soon as they are issued, and reports important legal developments, non-decisional and pre-decisional.

Environmental & Water Law

Environment Reporter:  (BNA) This database contains weekly issues published since January 26, 1996. It covers state and federal legislation, regulatory legal and policy news as it applies to all the areas of environmental law. It responds to major environmental decisions by the court and administrative agencies.

Environmental Law Reporter: (ELI) Password required. The Environmental Law Institute site provides access to current environmental law and reports. It includes the ELR Update, News & Analysis, Environmental Forum, Wetlands Newsletter, administrative, national and international information about the environment. The password for access is located on the "Research Databases" sheet by the Public Access Computers in the Reference area.

International Environment Reporter: (BNA) The International Environment Reporter is a resource for understanding environment and safety news, laws, regulations, and policies in all major industrialized and developing nations and in international governmental and nongovernmental organizations.

Missouri River Final Biological Opinion: (Public Internet Site) The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has prepared a final biological opinion on the Missouri River for the Army Corps of Engineers. It covers the current operations of the main stem dams and reservoirs, the bank stabilization and navigation channel from Sioux City, Iowa, to the mouth, and operations of the Kansas River projects managed by the Corps.

Missouri River Master Water Control Manual(Public Internet Site) This site provides access to numerous documents and reports of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division.

Water in the West: (Public Internet Site) This is a report issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service on implications for water use and management in the Western United States.

Western Water Policy Review Advisory Commission Documents:  (Public Internet Site) "The Western Water Policy Review Advisory Commission was charged with a comprehensive review of federal activities in the western states which affect the use and allocation of water, and the review of numerous aspects of water resources, management, institutional and legal matters, and the performance of federal agencies." Search for documents and reports submitted by and to the commission here.

After selecting this link, click on the "Enter" button, type your e-mail address, select the tab for "Health Care Compliance," then click "Hospital Law Manual." The search box appears at the top of the screen. Log out when finished.

Health Law Reporter:  (BNA) This is an Internet Database containing weekly issues published since February 1, 1996. The Health Law Reporter provides complete weekly coverage of the entire spectrum of health law, with notification and analysis of significant developments. It includes new cases, federal and state legislation, rules from federal regulators, and enforcement trends.

Dictionary.com:  This Public Internet Site allows searching of various dictionaries, thesaurus, encyclopedias, and other reference works.

Bibliography of Early American Law: This program searches the monographic and trial literature of American law published in this country or abroad, from its beginnings to the end of 1860. It also includes works in foreign, comparative, and international law if published in this country.  Access from Law Library computers via the Start /All Programs menu.

The Lawyer's Reference Shelf: Searches the Dictionary of Modern Legal Usage, 2nd edition (Bryan Garner) and the Oxford Dictionary of Legal Quotations (Fred Shapiro). Access from Law Library computers via the Start /All Programs menu.

Internet Guide for the Legal Researcher (3rd): The web version of the book Internet Guide for the Legal Researcher is available on the public access terminal in the library. It contains much useful information for the novice legal researcher as well as information for the sophisticated researcher. The password for access is located on the "Research Databases" sheet by the Public Access Computers in the Reference area.

Legal Loose-leaf Index:  The web version includes a listing of loose-leaf titles in print for the current year. The password for access is located on the "Research Databases" sheet by the Public Access Computers in the Referencearea.
