South Dakota Library Network

The South Dakota Library Network (SDLN) is the Internet version of library catalogues in South Dakota. You may search the SDLN catalogues from any computer with Internet access; however, some of the special SDLN databases listed are accessible only from member library computers.

From SDLN you can: 
  • Access all South Dakota member library collections
  • Submit an Interlibrary Loans request to your own libraryso they may obtain it from another library
  • Check the status of circulating titles
  • Search ProQuest periodicals database
  • Read some South Dakota Newspapers online
  • Check the status of a serial/periodical title
  • Check the status of an acquisition/purchased title
  • Schedule resources from some libraries
  • Search InfoTrac periodical resources
  • Search Books in Print
  • Utilize free trial databases being reviewed
  • Access a list of other library and resource links
