Personality Disorders


The characteristic traits of personality disorders tend to be enduring and usually persist throughout a person's lifespan. The eleven personality disorders listed in the DSM-III are Dependent Personality, Histrionic Personality, Narcissistic Personality, Antisocial personality, Compulsive Personality, Passive-agressive Personality, Schizoid Personality, Avoidant Personality, Borderline Personality, Paranoid Personality, and Schizotypal Personality.
