Classroom Reservation Form

Classrooms cannot be booked earlier than 2 weeks before the date needed. Classrooms 205 and 323 can be reserved by faculty, TAs and staff. Priority is given to those teaching research skills. The classrooms cannot be checked out by undergraduate students. To reserve the room, please complete the form below. Obtain the key to either room by presenting your USD id card to the Circulation Staff at your reserved time/date.  If there are any questions or problems, please contact Chris Bloss, Instructional Services Librarian.
