A deep and abiding interest in ethics and humanities is found in every aspect of medical education and clinical care at Sanford School of Medicine of The University of South Dakota.

Faculty involvement and activity are centered in three primary initiatives: Curriculum, LifeCircle South Dakota: Partners Improving End of Life Care, and the Center for Ethics and Caring at Sanford Health.
