Nick - A Story About a Boy
Nick: A Story About a Boy was written by Alicia Nelson, the mother of a son with Autism. Written in simple easy to understand language with pictures to color, this story can be used to introduce children to disability awareness. It explains the differences and - more importantly - the similarities between Nick and his classmates. The story is illustrated with black and white line drawings which children can color.
